Our delivery times vary depending on the type of product:

  • Items in stock : estimated delivery within 3 to 5 working days , shipped directly from our workshop in France.
  • Products shipped from our international partners : average delivery time of 7 to 15 working days , depending on the destination and the carrier.
  • Custom blades (katanas, sabers, swords, tanto, personalized knives) : each piece is forged and assembled to order. The average lead time is 15 to 20 business days , including manufacturing, quality control, and shipping.

Upon dispatch, you will receive an email with your tracking number . You can also track your parcel at any time via the " Track my parcel " page available in the menu or footer of the website.

Once your order has been validated, you have 12 hours to request any modification or cancellation .
After this period, the order immediately goes into preparation by our craftsmen and can no longer be cancelled .

Our products are divided into two categories:

  • Items in stock : returns possible within 14 days of receipt, in their original condition, for exchange or credit.

  • Made-to-order, personalized, or handcrafted items : these unique pieces are excluded from the right of withdrawal in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83. No refunds are possible once production has begun.
